Unlocking code denied

Hi

I requested to unlock an AT&T device, received the confirmation mail and confirmed it but after that, i received a mail a day later tell me that "they didn't receive my confirmation" and my request was denied. Its the second time this happens how can i make it work?

 

 

Please HELP, its been two weeks and i can't unlock my device.

Within minutes of your request, an email is sent to the email you used to apply.  If you don't open and click the verify link, the request is canceled.

Eddy said that he got the email and confirmed it.. I've been unlocking old phones I have as well and ran into this problem with a samsung S4. Twice they cancelled my request because at&t claims they didn't receive my confirmation. Both times I used the confirm link in the email. The third time they denied my request because they said the phone is still under contract, which it hasn't been for several years. I would suggest calling customer service.

I tried to call to customer service but an answering machine told me that
"the service was not available".

I'll try again hoping to get an answer to unlock the device and tell the
community what happened to try to help them with future issues like this.
