I tried unlocking my Samsung J3 (2019) by carefully entering the code that I received by mail. But the device displays "incorrect code". I have already tried 4 times.

We recommend using our AT&T Device Unlock Instructions article by selecting the Samsung option and scroll down to the specific device model number to follow the detailed information provided.
Please know that after 5 unsuccessful device unlock attempts, the cellphone will permanently lock to the AT&T network.

I have already looked at the instructions you recommended and it did not solve my problem.Because I was sent the "device unlock code" by AT&T but I am asked for the "network unlock code" to unlock my phone.
Any update? I'm having the exact same issue with the same phone.
