Unlock request approved but no email or code provided

I requested a device unlock about 4 days ago. I checked the unlocunlock request status,  and it says approved. I was given instructions on how to unlock my device, but no code. I didn't receive an email either,  I just happen to check. 

 

Can anyone assist?

 Me too,i request the unlock 3days ago & i checked the status using the IMEI and request number, it says that the unlock was approved and I have not yet received email included unlock code

You may want to resubmit an unlock request at our site here and re-enter your email. Be sure the email address is correct as our unlock request site is case-sensitive when it comes to inputting information.


If after doing that, you still don’t receive an unlock code; please feel free to send us a personal message to @ATTCares. Once you get in touch, we can pull up your account and make sure all requirements are met and your unlock request gets approved.
