How can I unlock a cell phone on a AT&T plan?
I have a cell phone on a AT&T plan that needs to be unlocked.
When I go to the unlock website and proceed to unlock it, the procedure rejects the request on the basis of, the IMEI doesn't match an AT&T device.
The cell-phone device is currently working correctly on an AT&T cell-phone plan.
How can I unlock the device?

Good morning @LessThan15Chars
We want to help with your device unlock request.
Your device must meet certain Device Unlock eligibility requirements before an unlock request is approved. Please ensure you have met all requirements before you submit your next request. Please let us know if your device was involved with warranty exchange, or insurance claim.
If your device was not involved in warranty/insurance claim and you have met all requirements, please resubmit your request by att.com/deviceunlock.
We hope this helps.

I am trying to unlock AT&T device using device unlock, but when all information is entered, I get :
"Oops! Looks like we're having network difficulties. Try again later."
This is going on for a week and my device is eligible.
How can I get a live person to help?
I used every major browser (firefox, Edge, Chrome) same result
Thanks,
Vladimir
