Unlock code not provided
Samsung s6 - No unclock code provided. Called service center and they claimed one not needed on my phone. I gave the phone to my dad and when he put ion his SIM (Not At&T) it asked for the unclock code

I think they thought you had an iphone. An iPhone does not use unlock codes. Please call back and clearly say you have a SAMSUNG phone and we’re approved for unlock, but email didn’t have a code.
