Welcome to the Community Forums! I am sorry to hear your device is giving you this error and not letting you use it. I can help you with this!
The first step would be trying to restart the device. Doing this should allow all of your phone apps to reload, and work like normal.
If you’re still getting this error, it could be software related. A factory reset would be the next step to fix this. This does wipe your phones information, so make sure to create a backup prior, if possible. To do this, please visit our Device Support page. Select your make and model > Tutorials > Backup & Restore. For the reset, you will need to go into Tutorials > Troubleshooting > Reset Device > Follow steps 4-10.
I hope this information helps you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. We are eager to assist!

I have tried to reset my phone and nothing changed.i tried the down n power till it restarted.still doesn't work. I keep getting the same message.android stock has stopped.what is this all about

Yes that works. There's an easier way though. I got the same message and it kept popping up. Restart didn't fix. I don't want to factory reset so I went to application settings, stock Android, advanced settings, block all notifications from this app. Bam, no more pop up! I have zte Max pro. Check me out on YouTube, DjJuliejamz you're welcome
