Re: Turning off safe mode

Hello @Sepheria

Thank you for notifying us! Safe mode is usually turned on by having the volume down button pressed in conjunction with the power button. This puts it into safe mode. Did you encounter this issue when you powered your device on? Another way to put the phone into safe mode is by restarting it, and selecting restart in safe mode. We recommend restarting your device, and making sure no other buttons are pressed or stuck during the process. When it's completed, your phone should boot up without being placed into safe mode. Again, if the volume down button is stuck, this would cause it to boot into safe mode. Please let us know if this helps, or if you need further assistance!

Thank you so much for responding. My volume down button was stuck it out of
place and keeping it messed up. Got it fixed though 😁
