Being able to use Wi-Fi to stream music is so important! I know it can save a lot on data usage. I would love to help you out with this issue!

If you haven’t already deleted the app and reloaded it, I would recommend this as the first step. Our Device Support page can walk you through the steps of deleting an app. When you reach the page, please select your make/model device > Tutorials > Apps & Web > Remove App.
