The sound drops out in my Samsung s7 Active
My S7 active will play sounds in video or music or anything requiring the use of the phone speaker for a few seconds and then the sound disappears. Sometimes it plays longer but will still drop out.

We have a wonderful tool you can use to troubleshoot this. First, you will make sure your specific device is selected. Then, go under Device/software issues >select Audio > Issue: Handset Issue: Speaker. From here, please follow the given steps.
