I am not in the Nashville area. You sure do alot of replying on AT&T's community forum; especially to keep replying to all of my posts today.

I would think AT&T representatives know what they are talking about. They told me they would fullfill my order, they checked to see which location near me had it in stock, and said I could have the blue 512gb Note 9 within 2 hours if I cancelled my first order and lost my headphones. I do not know why you are trying to make me prove what I have already told you.

AT&T had a "glitch" on my order and changed my receive date and expects me to just accept it and possibly risk loosing my headphones still if it comes after the 9/13 deadline. This is NOT right.

Apple has an amazing track record for getting their backorders to their customers on-time.  Let’s see if AT&T and Samsung can do the same. It was dirty of AT&T to change the date on me like that and then act as if it is no big deal.

The first year Apple offers the 256 gig iPhone it was backordered into the new year.

iPhone SE was sold out constantly for more than a year.

IPhone X preorder sold out in under an hour.

Your AT&T afflilate brought up Apple in my concerns over my Samsung. You may not work for AT&T, but your company does. You alone have over 50,000 posts here.

I just want to warn people not to pre-order from AT&T. They do not care about their customers. I have been hung up on and been sent to the store several times, only to be told they could not help me. AND THAT WAS JUST TO TRY AND PRE-ORDER IT. Just go in the store to buy it after it is released. This is my last pre-order with them.

‘My company’ provides pet care service, I’m a sole proprietor.  Some people play video games or spend their time on twitter or Facebook.  Not my thing. I’m a gadget junkie, a 2 fisted phone user (one with Verizon) I have 3 other phones with no service, I own 5 tablets.  (OMG I need a 12 step program).   I got thrown in the deep end as the manager of our family plan with Verizon. I didn’t understand data.  I didn’t understand a lot of stuff.  I don’t like not understanding things, so I learned stuff.

As for preorder, I ordered the S9 with Best Buy because I could get $400 off with trade in.  Att charges too much.

I never said you said anything about pre-ordering. I am trying to warn people of AT&T's "business" practices.

I take it you are both "gadget junkies" One of you has made almost 15,000 posts and the other over 50,000 posts on an AT&T forum.

AT&T would just be alot better off taking care of their customers properly.

I don't take what a ATT phone rep says as truth to this day UNLESS I am talking to Loyalty as they have a clue.   I would have called the store to make sure.  I used Nashville as a reference because its a big metro area.

Actually my job is in mobile apps and software.  ATT changed the date because Samsung changed the ship date I am sure.  I just checked with a friend who is a manger for best buy and they may not see store stock on the 512gb till October.
