Text messages
Texts sent from my galaxy note 5 are not going through to certain contacts?? Have at&t service and I know one of the contacts have metro pcs.

Not being able to send text messages to certain numbers can definitely be concerning. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. I would be happy to help!
We can definitely try using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. All you have to do is ensure your specific device is selected, then under Service/network issues you will choose Messaging > I can’t send/receive messages (text, picture, or group). Please answer the questions according to the issue you’re having.
