Storage expansion problem with sdcard... ZTE Maven 3
Help.
Folks I added a 32gb sdcard and followed the Android protocols to convert that to "internal storage" and the storage field in settings shows 40gb internal storage but 7.87 used. HOWEVER, I still cannot add apps I keep getting the message that space is low and I need to delete apps. What gives? Please help.
Best always,
@Darrel3000

The maven series does not support apps being loaded on the sd card.

Hello @Darrel3000,
We'd be more than happy to assist you with your storage issues. Here is our support page for the ZTE Maven 3. Once you're there, you can view the system & storage portion of the page. On this section, you can click on the View & Manage data section, which will take you to steps on how to manage your storage. This should get the ball rolling for you. Please let us know if you have any further questions, or concerns!

Get a new phone with more than 8gb on storage. For 29.95 what did you expect?

The original Maven allowed apps to be moved to the SD card. I still am using it. I also have this Maven 3 now too, but it is almost a brick.

Thats because the maven 1 is on lollipop aka android 5.1. With Marshmallow aka 6.0 Google changed the file system and the OEM's and App devs seized the chance to not use sd cards for app storage.
