Software updates and att cloud access
I have no way of upgrading my phone software and I cant get my phone to let me download or update any apps and I recently purchased a 16gig SD card and none of the apps I try to download will save to it and a message keeps popping up telling me to delete unused apps and or media

Move all of your photos and videos from your internal memory over to your external SD. If you have a bunch of photos, 16GB won't last too long...just a heads up.
