I completely understand how important it is for your phone to operate at the correct speed. The first thing I will suggest is the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. After you open the link, please select your make and model device, then select Internet under Service/network issues. Next please select Websites taking a long time to load or times out. From there please follow the prompts to complete troubleshooting. If you still have trouble after, please check our Device Support page, locate your make and model device and you will find details on how to clear the cache partition. I hope this helps!
