Great question to see if your Samsung Galaxy Luna will work under the AT&T Network! We can provide some details about our network to see if it's compatible.
Since you want to bring it from Tracfone, do you want to use it under AT&T PrePaid? If so, you can visit here to review how to set it up for it and here for regular AT&T PostPaid account. These links will show the available frequencies and bands we support in order to verify if your phone will be compatible.
We do not have details for your phones specifications as it’s a non AT&T phone, but I will refer you to Tracfone for any frequency and band information on your phone. You can alternatively check your device eligibility here.

If it's unlocked and the ATT compatible version, it will work fine. It it's the Verizon version, it won't get LTE.
