I cannot make callsonmy galaxy s7. I can recieve calls, text, get on the internet but can'tcall. Ihave driven alll over Dallas andfort worth, same thing.anyone else having this issue?

Welcome to the Community Forums! I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing service issues in Dallas and Forth Worth. We are committed to providing our customers with the best network experience possible.

The first step I would suggest is to reset your network settings. This will not erase any of your data; however you will need to reenter your Wi-Fi passwords. To complete this, please go into the Settings of your phone, tap Backup and Reset, then tab Reset Network Settings. After your phone restarts, please test it out and let us know if this helped.

We also have a great app you could benefit from; called Mark the Spot. Mark the Spot is an application that provides our customers a mean to provide feedback on their network-user experience to us. We utilize this information to better target network optimization and enhancements. Problems are then clustered together to highlight areas for investigation.
