Samsung Galaxy SII, SII Skyrocket And Note 1 should have Android 4.3.1 this year end

Samsung Galaxy SII, Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket And Samsung Galaxy Note 1 should have Android OS  4.3.1 this year end. Because HTC EVO 4G LTE version is going to have Android 4.3.1 this 2013 year end.

And for 4.3.1 above Samsung Galaxy SII, SII Skyrocket And Note 1 devices should be provided 4.2.1 then 4.2.2 step by step within next 2 months. Hope and wish AT&T and Samsung will give a good look about this matter as they both largest and most popular company.

Thanks in Advance

You will get it whe AT&T decides they want you to.  As SLOW as they are it will be next year on any Update. You must not have been with AT&T long?
