Samsung Galaxy S9 + Wifi won't connect

My Samsung Galaxy S9 plus won't connect to wifi.  The wifi is working other devices will connect  I've tried to forget network and reinstalled the wifi password.

Try resolving your experience by resetting your network settings. Open the Apps tray by swiping up on an empty space on the Home screen.


  • Select Settings.
  • Select General Management.
  • Select Reset.
  • Select the option to Reset network settings (enter PIN or password if prompted).
  • Confirm action by selecting Reset settings.
