Allow us to lend a helping hand. Visit our support article on Software updates for the Samsung Galaxy S8. The article will walk you how to download the update and will even provide troubleshooting help if the download does not work.

@hitchedupkid If the recommended solution did not work, then I suggest you take your phone to Samsung Repair, located inside participating uBreakiFix stores and ask them to apply the update for you.  Make sure you backup your device before taking it in.
