Samsung Galaxy S3 not receiving texts after 11 pm

I've had this problem at least twice so far.  A text will be sent to be after 11 pm, and I won't receive it until the following morning.  The phone is always on until at least 12:30 am (after the texts were sent to me), and turned back on in the morning.  I don't see any options for text message retrieval or any other control options that would block me from receiving messages.  What can and should I do to fix this?  I'm a late person and I need to be able to receive messages when they're sent to me.  Thanks!
