Samaung S8
About 6 months ago I upgraded our phones from iphone 6.0 to Samsung S8. Since that change, reception has been terrible. We went from having 4 and 5 bars to 1. Calls constantly drop. Wifi calling is just as bad. The chat and blog sites are full of people with the same issues. When is this going to be fixed?

Please open our great Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. This can resolve a lot of issues like this. To get the best results please click Sign in > log into your myAT&T account > select your phone’s make and model > Phone calls > Voice calls (Cellular network), and follow the remaining steps until resolved.
