Is there anything that we can to to mitigate this issue? Can AT&T pressure Samsung to get this thing fixed?? This is a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
Used to have the same problem with my old S3.
If rooted - Wipe cache, fix permissions, clear /data/clipboard.
Non-rooted - Hard reset.
Only advice I can give ya, unfortunately...
