SG S III : AT&T Jelly Bean update removed the sip/voip entry from the android phone dialer

I have an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S III (carrier unlocked but never rooted or modified). After having updated yesterday from 4.0.4 to 4.1.1 through KIES, the sip/voip entry in the phone dialer has disappeared. I really hate it when software updates remove a useful feature. 

Did anyone else notice this problem ?  

I hope that AT&T in a future OTA update will reinstate all the missing features taken away by the ics->jelly bean update.

Talk about a lackluster update.  Even the general GUI feels less polished than what I had in 4.0.4.
