Either you battery is not holding the charge, so you need a new battery. Or your charger is not charging the battery, which you need a replacement. Are you using the original charger and cable? As a temporary workaround, you can use an external battery.
I'm in the process of unlocking my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I got the 24 hour confirm email but when I hit Confirm it goes to a blank page. I only have a few hours left. Please help me resolve this issue.
