SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 5
Hi all
I have a note 5 which was on AT&T. I am in the UK and i'm stuck on 6.0.1 marshmallow. Each time i press for updates, it says that they are up to date. The phone is baseband version N920AUCS4CPK1.
I have contacted Samsung and EE my UK provider. No joy with either.
Am i stuck with marshmallow?

AT&T phones are updated only while connected to the AT&T network. That requires you be in the USA using an AT&T SIM card.

Updates are put forth by your cellular provider. You would need to talk to them for the software update.
