S6 Active won't receive text messages
My Samsung S6 Active has stopped receiving text messages. I can still send texts and receive and send voice calls. I have wiped cache partition twice and deleted old messages. I received two updates in the last couple of days and this may have started after the last update. Any suggestions? Help!!

Welcome to the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been receiving your messages, but I would be more than happy to help.
Have you tried our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool? If not, I highly recommend it. Once here, choose your device then select Messaging under Service/network issues. A resolution is provided once all the questions are answered.
Resetting your network settings is also a great way of reestablishing your device’s connection. You can do this by going to Settings > Backup & Reset > Reset Network Settings.
