You can also try our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool to get started. Select the brand and make of your device to begin. Afterwards, select Messaging underneath Service/network issues. Follow these steps to see if it helps with your issue. We look forward to hearing back from you!

@Jtp233I started having the same issues after an update & it has been ongoing for over a month. I've talked to several AT&T tech support people. They all say do the same things, which are things that do not work
