Numerous people from all different types of phones and accounts are texting me and I'm not receiving none of the text messages

Thanks for reaching out to us! Allow us to help. As far as these text messages go, how long have you been experiencing a problem with receiving them? Are you able to text others, and are you experiencing any other problems with your cellular service? 


You can also try our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool to get started. Select the brand and make of your device to begin. Afterwards, select Messaging underneath Service/network issues. Follow these steps to see if it helps with your issue. We look forward to hearing back from you!

I'm having the same issue and the troubleshooting tool is not helping. It has been happening for at least a week shortly after the recent system update

I have had my phone 8 days  I had an iPhone before. I am not getti g responses from some I text. I also am not receiving text from others.

@Jtp233I started having the same issues after an update & it has been ongoing for over a month.  I've talked to several AT&T tech support people. They all say do the same things, which are things that do not work
