Re-Flash 4.2.2 on Galaxy s4???
Is there anyway to get 4.2.2 re-flashed on the galaxy S4 since the 4.3 update is so messed up? can someone at an at&t store do it or a samsung rep at bestbuy??

Unfortunately, there is no way to go back to an older version of OS that I know of. Are you experiencing a specific issue? A new and improved update will be released soon and should take care of whatever issues you might me having right now.

If your Best Buy store has a Samsung Experience center, they can reflash your S4 back to 4.2.2. This is coming from me talking directly to a Samsung rep over the phone. It's absolutely free as well. I took mine and my mothers in to be re-flashed and they both work perfectly again!

If this update to MJ9 is anything like the update from MDL to MF3. Then this blew a Q fuse which will prevent the ability to downgrade to an older bootloader. AT&T in all their glory and wisdom have also locked down the boot loader on the I337 which means you wound even have the ability to load a custom ROM based off of an older firmware such as MF3 or MDL.
Sorry to say you are stuck with the MJ9 update untill AT&T releases another OTA.

Good to know I am going to do the same thing. Because I have definitely noticed a decrease in battery life since I updated to 4.3
