Problem connecting with PostFleet app.

I tried creating an account for the Fleet app and it wouldn't let me continue using my number with 664. I used 619, and everything went well until I had to sign in, as the app wouldn't trust my phone. I contacted the Fleet tech support and gave me steps that wouldn't work so they told me I should contact my phone service provider. What can I do?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention via the Community Forums. I apologize for the trouble you're experiencing with using a specific application on your phone. This can certainly become troublesome! It's my pleasure to help review this further.


We definitely want to do some troubleshooting to see if we can get the app working. Can you please tell me if you have the same problem with downloading or using any other apps on your phone number? Also, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
