Poor Cell Service or No Service on LG G4

I have tried and tried to fix this issue but am at a loss for what to do. I have recently noticed a severe drop in Service Quality. My G4 will show 3 or 4 bars of service until I tap the send button on the dailer. At that point the bars go away and calls either dont go through or I get an out of service area message. It was never a problem at all until recently. Im sure its not a phone issue. I did a hard reset on it but didnt help either.

I have the US991 Model of G4. Just put a new sim card in it and didnt fix it either. Coverage map is excelent where I am located. So any help would be appreciated thank you.

Hello @Extremedriver,

We can definitely provide you with some troubleshooting steps for these wireless signal issues that you've been experiencing. We recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the steps to find a solution. You can also use Wi-Fi Calling from AT&T to talk and text over any active Wi-Fi connection. If you're still having any issues, please take a look at this forums post on Dropped calls and Connectivity issues, which contains some great tips for people who are experiencing service issues. Thanks for reaching out to us.

I live at 2875 Idlewild Dr. in Reno, NV. My cell phone has been dropping calls at my home for two weeks. I have enabled WiFi phoning to no avail. I believe AT&T has lost a cell tower or two due to a recent fire in Southwest Reno. If this issue is not resolved I will have to switch carriers as I work from home.
