Phone return

I have done a rip phone return on my phone that's covered under the manufacturer's warranty however after placing the order I looked up to see what was not covered and it shows possible chips I have a small tiny little chip in the corner I saw I am wondering if that will affect you because they said I would be charged if they decided not to cover it.  She also said that when I received the new phone they would let me know if it was covered or not and that if it was not I could send the new phone back and keep the old device and I would not be charged then I could turn around and do this on my insurance does anybody know how that works

Hello @Kseanard53, we'd be more than happy to help! Most of the time, chipped screens are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Follow the link provided to read more about physical device damage not covered by warranty. However, there is no need to worry if your device is not covered, you will be able to return the new device. Check out this article on warranty exchange for more information.
