Is anyone else reporting lack of phone call service with AT&T?

Yes, it is a nightmare. ATT... No live chat! Won't let me register my phone number. Won't let me chat. Have to use Wi-Fi calling. I have spoken to a dozen reps all asking me to repeat the same gd thing. Really?? They say not coverage issue. They can't read my SIM. They tried a re register. NOTHING. "NO MOBILE CONNECTION."

If I could get ONE rep to help me, but a dozen? "You have to have a second phone lalala." What single person has a second phone?

"We don't have a store in your area." What? I am stranded traveling in Rapid City, South Dakota with bad Wi-Fi and no phone! Disgusted!

ONE rep per technical issue AT&T! Make it easy to live chat, not "F you, we won't set you up."

We never wish to hear of our customers experiencing this type of service issue! These days, the utilization of your phone service is definitely important. I will be happy to work with you further.
