@Newt6398 Depending on what you did, you might have some protection through eBay or PayPal.
I think you'd have to report it as stolen to AT&T to have it locked (assuming you bought it through AT&T).
If you had deactivated it from AT&T, I'm not sure what your options are.

I have bought and sold through eBay, how the heck did you get scammed?
paypal is very secure, did you use PayPal?
Hmmm. For future reference all payment should go through EBay.
Every now and then a buyer will try to make a deal outside eBay. This is when you can lose your eBay protection.
