Pantech P9070 not updating Android version past 2.3.5
I want to use an app that requires Android 4.0 but the phone insists it has the most recent version even though the settings indicate that Android 2.3.5 is installed.

I’m afraid that there is not a newer version of Android available for this device. Android 2.3 is the latest version which was made available by Pantech for these models.
