Note 5 nugate update

Every time I go to settings and check for the update my phone says there is no update available for your phone even though I get a message saying there is a update available for my phone I don't understand why is this happening

Since the issue started, have you attempted to restart your phone? By turning the device off and back on, this can refresh the phone system and allow the update to start. I also recommend ensuring you have a stable Wi-Fi connection in order to start the update process.

 

In some cases, if the phone does not have enough storage available for a new update, the software download will not occur. By removing unneeded files like old pictures, unused applications, and junk files, you can make the space needed for the update.
