Note 4 not updating even though many updates available

I've been dealing with dropped calls, constant battery drainage and the phone turning on and off. My Note 4 is running on Android 5.1.1 and baseband version N910AUCU2DO12. I've gone to settings to check for software updates weekly and it always says current software is up to date, obviously it isn't. Marshmallow is now available as of July 21st but still nothing. Help! I dont have time between 2 jobs and 2 kids to go sit at the At&t store for help!

You are correct; the current available update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is Android 6.0.1. This version is available via FOTA.
