Hello @716junny
We know it has been a long wait, but we are happy to announch Marshmallow is officially out now for the Note 4 and Note 4 edge. It launched on Thursday, September 8th.
We also invite you to join our Marshmallow Updates & Discussion thread where you can get more information and be part of the discussion!
Thank you for forming part of the AT&T family!

Hi @IHadAPheo and @jeffblond,
Thank you so much for calling out the broken link. I've updated it and it is working now. I know your confidence in us is already damaged, so posting a broken link on top of it just makes things worse. Please keep the feedback coming. With your help we are trying to improve our turnaround time as well as make things more transparent.
Hope you both had a great weekend.

@ATTTimCS and others interested or who can give any information:
Hi, I am having the same concerns as well. I posted about this a week or two ago, and got the same answer. I know no one can verify dates, but can you at least give some type of time frame? Days? Weeks? Months? Or could you tell us what stage of development or testing the update is in for the Note 4 specifically? I'm sorry if I seem impatient but I've waited quite a while to get this update, especially after so many other phones got the update, and even after Note 4's on other networks (I believe Sprint and a few other smaller/foreign carriers).
Please take no disrespect, I don't mean to be rude, I just would like more information, even if it's not an exact date or time frame. I just want some incidation of whether or not to even expect it soon.

My LG V10 updated on 6/3 to the new software and I have had nothing but problems ever since.
My screen freezes all the time now, it lags and is very glitchy. Even my clock will stop and then jump ahead several minutes ahead like it did tonight and I eneded up late for work because I thought it was the correct time and it wasn't. I can't connect to wifi at my work since the update, webpages and picture just sit and spin. This has been the worst update ever. I had absolutly no problems before this. How do I take it off and go back to the previous version???

I think that if AT&T does not want to provide updates in a reasonable time frame, they should consider allowing the bootloader to be unlocked, which would allow us to use a different variation of Android OS.
AT&T would prefer the phones locked to the network, OS full of AT&T bloatware, OS that does not recieve updates, and customers complaining about all of it.
I contacted Samsung and they pretty much said that this device once built belongs to AT&T and they have nothing to do with it beyond an initial software standpoint. (I am trying to use my handset on vacation but neither Samsung or AT&T were very helpful because I did not buy my handset directly from AT&T)
