Does anyone know what the small metal bracket thing and the 5 ir so very tiny pins are for?

They are new s pen tips. The metal clamp is the removal tool.

I paid $783 total for mine. No discounts at all.

I am paying 35 a month for 20 months but there are qualificarions. $299 with a 2 year contract. Or the above mentioned $783 with no contract.
