Not able to use any application and device isn't defect?

Just bought two Galaxy note 2 and not able to use any applicaion and contected tech support. First device worked fine and second device won't able use any application and tech support saying it's not a factory defect. I spend $$$ for smartphone and not able use application. sucks.... .

Have you tried a factory reset?  After that, keep 3rd party app installation to a minimum, and see what happens.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, its obviously a defect  of some sort.

I tried factory reset several times already and still not working. Spend 5hours with device and another 3hours communicate with ATT rep. & samsung rep. back and force. Both company trying to avoid there mistake. Worst communication company I ever experienced.

I bought devices through directly from ATT and when the device had defected, Att rep is saying device did not sold by Att, trying to avoid warranty. What a excuse???????
