No service.

Beginning yesterday morning where the signal strength bars should be there is a circle with a line through it (no service.) I am in a good service area and I've tried restarting the phone and checked airplane mode. My bill is paid so I'm not sure what the issue could be.

I am so sorry to hear you have had no service! I definitely understand how important it is for you to be able to use your phone; especially if you are at home. It would be my pleasure to help get this all sorted out for you.

 

I do want to go ahead and take a look into the area for you. I’ll be sending you a private message so I can go ahead and gather some more details from you. Please keep an eye out for this, as it will be arriving in the top right hand corner of your screen; in your Forum’s Inbox. This will allow me to help research further into this for you.

 

I also want to take the time to let you know about our Mark the Spot app. It’s a free app which you can download to almost any iOS, Android, Windows, or Blackberry phone. Once you download it, you can send individual reports of what, when, and where you are experiencing issues.

 

We are then able to use these reports in order to look into areas of concern. So we can best target network optimization, and find trends of any emerging issues. This also allows us to get these issues resolved in a timelier situation.
