No internet connection

I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S7 that suddenly has lost Internet connection. I have prepaid service through Cricket wireless with AT&T. Whenever I try to Google anything it comes back with NO INTERNET CONNECTION. I have my data turned on like always and this is very frustrating. Please help. I've had this phone for 2 months without any problems. It will say..failed to connect.

I am so sorry that your phone has lost internet connection! I totally understand any frustration and I will be happy to help!

 

Check out our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool! After selecting your make and model, you will see an option for Internet under Select a Service-Related Issue. This will bring you through a series of troubleshooting steps for your device.

 

If you still don’t see a connection after that, I recommend contacting Cricket directly to make sure there is not a provisioning error on your account! Click here for contact information!
