Hi, @Marcoblue,

Thank you for the question! You can pick up a SIM card in your local AT&T Store. Set an appointment at the store so the visit can work with your schedule.

Have a great week!

Hi @Marcoblue,

We'd love to help!

Have you already ordered a SIM, and you're curious about the progress? You can visit our Order Management Portal to stay up to date with your orders. Use this to view the current status of your order, and let us know what you see.

We look forward to your response!

My order was put in online on 7/22 and it's still showing as "In Progress"

Are there alternatives to ordering a new sim card online? Can I pick up one at an ATT store

?

I bought a iPhone 12 plus max the boy at the At&t store stuck my SIM card from my iPhone 8 in the new phone. It made my phone (Edited per community guidelines). I can’t get a clear clean call. The phone only goes to 5G when I’m at work in the bathroom. It sounds like someone has hacked my phone and I only had the phone for exactly one month. I have trouble shoot with Apple and Apple said it’s At&t fault!! I’m paying too much for a phone I can’t clearly use. Phone calls fail, I can’t hear the caller they can’t hear me. The caller said I sound like I’m under water. Where’s the protection on the phone to keep people from apparently hacking

Hi @TiredofIpone12promax,

Thank you for reaching out. We'd like to help with your device connectivity errors.

First off, have you considered changing the SIM card to a new one to be sure your experience is not due to SIM card incompatibility? You can do that at a nearby AT&T store.

If you still have your old iPhone, you can try installing the SIM card in it and see if the experience is similar or better.

We are also curious to know why you think your device may have been hacked. If you believe you may be subject to a cybersecurity threat, please check out our mobile security apps for your device protection.

If nothing works, the device may be defective from the manufacturer and we can recommend you explore a warranty replacement with Apple.

We hope this info helps and please reach back if you need further assistance.
