My HTC One M7 wont update to a android higher than 4.1.2, Locked
Ive got a HTC One M7 at android 4.1.2 and a software of 1.26.502.15. When i try to use the Att update, it flashes checking for updates and thats it. i could use some help since i would like to update it to lolipop.

Try a factory reset, then apply the update before installing any other 3rd party apps or software. If that doesn't work give AT&T a call and they can push the update to the phone.
