the only carrier to update to 5.1 is us cellular.

just because moto releases an update does not mean the carriers are going to. They have to test and then test some more. Us cellular skipped the 5.0.0 update and went right to 5.1

I'd like to know the same thing seeing as Motorola issued an AT&T specific set of release notes 1 month ago https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/105249
