Mobile unlock
Dear sir/madam, I purchased HTC M9 mobile from Amazon.com and brought it to India. I purchased as It was written unlocked. Now I found it is not fully unlocked. I am able to use only son and not all feature. Please help me in unlocking this. I am using this in India. And I can't return it

Welcome to the Community Forums! Unlocking a phone is a great benefit to take advantage of. This will allow you to use the phone on the provider of your choice. I will gladly help with this today!
Please visit the Device Unlock portal. Since you are not an AT&T customer, please check No for the first question which asks “Are you an AT&T wireless customer?” Next enter the phone’s IMEI number (this number is found by dialing * # 0 6 # ). After submitting the request please don’t forget to click the link in the confirmation email you will get. Clicking the link starts the unlock request.
