Mobile hotspot
I am a Cameroonian and I have Kyocera E6065 andriod phone but it doesn't tether hotspot due to network problem, I have my as my network provider.

I know vital it is to be able to use a hotspot. We definitely want you to be able to have access to this feature. I’ll be happy to take a closer look!
Are you currently within the U.S.? If so, is AT&T the service provider you are connected to? This will help determine the next steps to take.
