Missed Tower LTE Upgrades

Well it could be zoning...  It could be they don't have the licences for frequencies for LTE in that area... You can check the FCC site to see if ATT has the proper licences for LTE in your area.

LOL of course they do have the proper FCC in my area and its not zoning ill reach out to office of the president on it.

The other thing they could be leasing those towers.....    you can see who owns the towers and what not at theses sites.  Hope it helps.
