I don't know what mailbox number to enter to receive my voicemails

This appears to be a VERY common problem, that is not resolved by the "Setting up voicemails" link provided. I have been all over the internet and have seen dozens of people who have the same issue. Recommendations of "reset your network", "power the phone on and off", and "reset your password" are not solutions.

There needs to be a thread for those of us who access the mailbox werver and are told "this number does not have a mailbox on this system".

My old phone had a mailbox, My NEW Android phone magically does not have a mailbox?

SUCCESS! - After a very prolonged wait on Tech Support hold, I was connected with a very helpful gentleman. Within 5 minutes, he determined that my voicemail had not been selected when AT&T set up my new phone. In another 5 minutes he had the problem corrected. 5 minutes after that, he had stayed on the line while I completed voicemail setup - he even called me to make sure it worked.

Bottom line - you cannot fix this yourself. You really do need to call AT&T, suffer the long wait, and hope you get a great Tech like I did.
