MApplib?

Wherever I restart my phone, I get a message saying mapplib won't install   i don't think it affects anything but I'm just curious of what it is. I've googled the problem and found a "solution" on a verizon forum but they didn't specify and I couldn't find a reply button so I thought I would try here.
