Lost phone-all account is on phone
My husband lost his phone, we have insurance, all of our att account info is on HIS phone / google/username/password automatically how can I report lost /stolen phone without being able to log in.

It can be concerning when a phone goes missing. I will be more than happy to help go over some options!
The fastest way to report a missing phone is to either call or chat in. However, if you are not able to verify your account through those means, the next step would be to bring a valid ID to a local AT&T Corporate Store. Our Store Locator Tool is a great tool to find the nearest store to you as well as setting up appointments to reduce wait time!
